How can we help our children be more clear and present in our busy world? By giving them the tools to practice mindfulness.
I started this blog in March 2010 to discuss the use of mindfulness in the field of Education. Feel free to read and share any information I post that you find useful. Comments and additional information are more than welcome. You can also feel free to email me directly: adbaccala@gmail.com. Let’s start a conversation!
This is great, Angela…as one of the lucky participants in your mindfulness@school work, I am so glad to see this! You’ve been a candle in the darkness there 🙂
Most excellent! I can’t wait to read. Right now I’m using quote reflections to introduce first generation underprepared higher ed students to mindfulness in order to encourage metacognition.
Great work Angela,
This is the way to getting the value added we know is there in mindfulness and practice out to other educators and to extend enlightened society.
I hope to hear a lot more about the conference soon.
Lisa, Kim & Larry — Thanks so much for taking a look! I plan to post something new at least once per week. So, keep checking back. 🙂 -Angela
